 Jamie is an Oklahoma City based food stylist and owner of Scissortail Charcuterie LLC. She makes custom charcuterie boards, dessert boards, graze tables and more! Jamie has a passion for food and creating something that is not only delicious, but also aesthetically pleasing. She loves creating a conversation statement with food art. It may sound cheesy (no pun intended!), but Jamie says her happy place is gathered around a thoughtful spread with the ones she loves. Scissortail Charcuterie LLC was officially born in November of 2020. It was always a hobby and passion, but the actual business came to fruition. The business has skyrocketed and in just 3 months and has been featured on blogs, Pinterest, and foodie social media pages. In February 2021, Pop Sugar featured their top 30 birthday boards with 2 of those boards being made by Scissortail Charcuterie. This was featured in both the United States and United Kingdom.
