About Bryan Sekine
Bryan is the founder of Secrets of Sushi, an online resource for teaching
people the art of homemade sushi. Bryan has been a professional sushi
chef for more than 13 years, but his passion is in teaching others.
He created Secrets of Sushi in 2011 to expand his ability to teach others and
has since gone on to teach around the country. At the time of publishing
experience, Bryan has taught more than 300 people in his live classes and
countless others online. Bryan’s goal is to teach people how to make sushi
at home, while educating them about the sustainable seafood movement.
